It starts with a 3D model. From this digital design, a Finite Element (FE) model is created—an exact virtual representation of how the roll cage behaves under the loads defined. With a virtual model, tests can be run in minutes, not days. Adjustments can be made with a click. Each iteration gets smarter, leaner, better.
Strength comes from precision. FIA requires that roll cages use 25CrMo4 alloy, a material known for its resilience and flexibility. In our simulations, we replicate the true characteristics of this alloy, ensuring that our tests mirror real-world conditions.
Our simulations are more than just virtual tests. They’re a pathway to FIA certification. Three rigorous tests, fully virtual, fully accurate, confirm whether a roll cage meets the exacting standards of motorsport.
Once complete, a detailed report is generated – your official certification that the roll cage is ready for the track. If improvements are needed, adjustments can be made instantly. The process is seamless and efficient.
